Terms and Conditions

These terms govern purchases from this site. Placing an order means you accept them — they are short and written to be read.

Orders & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. An order is accepted when we email dispatch confirmation; until then we may cancel and refund in full (for example, if an item is out of stock or mispriced).

Delivery & risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, though we hit them almost always.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
